Uns und unser Servicebüro findet ihr im A-Gebäude, direkt im Erdgeschoss rechts (Raum A101).
Die aktuellen Servicezeiten findet ihr hier!

Ihr habt ein akutes Problem oder ein Anliegen und seid gerade in der Nähe? Dann kommt einfach vorbei!
Auch außerhalb der Servicezeiten ist zu fast jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit jemand vor Ort,
der euch weiterhelfen kann.

Für spezielle Belange, wie zum Beispiel Anfragen und Anträgen zum Semesterticket, schreibt bitte an ticket@stura.htw-dresden.de.

Habt Ihr Fragen oder sucht Beratung zum Thema Studium, Prüfungen und Co., wendet Euch gern an studium@stura.htw-dresden.de.

Do you have an urgent problem or concern and are nearby? Then just drop by!
Even outside our service hours, there is someone on site at almost any time of the day or night who can help you.

For special matters, such as enquiries and applications for the semester ticket, please send an e-mail to: ticket@stura.htw-dresden.de.

If you have any questions or need advice on studying, exams, etc., please contact studium@stura.htw-dresden.de.
